About this apartment rental

St Gallenkirch: Cosy, rustic apartment block "Helmreich". 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). Patio, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "St. Gallenkirch Zentrum" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m. Tennis 1 km, gondola lift, ski bus stop 300 m, cross country ski track 800 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Please note: smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area.
4-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: 3 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with dining nook and satellite TV. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

We stayed here for a week in January and had such a lovely stay. The rooms were all so lovely and spacious, whole apartment was nice and clean. The communal space (kitchen/dining area) was lovely too - all kitchen amenities available to you. Such a good location, very close to main Ski lifts as well as the local Spar shop as well as other restaurants. We found there was lots of outdoor space for our dog to explore too so we didn’t have to go too far from home for him to have a nice big run!

Für unsere Familie war die Unterkunft bei Familie H. optimal. Sehr saubere, gemütliche Zimmer, absolute Ruhe, die verschiedenen Haustiere waren für die Kinder eine zusätzliche Freude. Die Wirtin ausgesprochen freundlich, wir erhielten sogar frischen Salat und Radieschen aus dem hauseigenen Garten. Zusammenfassend ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!

Nette Vermieter, gute Zimmeraufteilung. Im Garten hat es Hasen, Meerschweinchen und freilaufende Hühner. Unsere Kleinkinder waren begeistert. Nur mit dem Gartenteich mussten wir etwas aufpassen, weil die kleinen natürlich zu den Fröschen rein wollten. Allem in Allem eine top Unterkunft und auch selbsttests für Restaurantbesuche hat man von dwn Vermietern bekommen. Würde Sie für Familien empfehlen, gute Lage zu vielen Seilbahnen.

Positiv: jeder hatte ein eigenes Bad, alles in der Küche vorhanden, Spülmaschine, freundliche Vermieterin mit tollen Tipps, Kinder konnten raus in den Garten Negativ: sehr dunkel, Wohn/Küchenraum sehr eng für 6 Personen

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aber die Fewo ist sehr rustikal und könnte mal renoviert werden, die Küche/Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein und es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich bequem hinzusetzen. Die Gegend ist sehr Familienfreundlich auch die Vermieter.
