We offer you this beautiful 1-room attic apartment in the heart of Sylt.
The apartment has a total area of approximately 40 square meters. It extends over the entire top floor of this 3-party house.
Our apartments are constantly being renovated. In 2017 this apartment received a beautiful oak parquet and a new couch. It is located in Tinnum just a few meters from Landhaus Stricker. The Tinnumer shopping center as well as some bakeries and the restaurant zur Eiche are within walking distance. There is also a bus stop in the street.

Nette und gemütliche Unterkunft; leider liegt die letzte Treppenstufe direkt an der Wohnungstür ohne Podest; für große Personen nicht so gut geeignet; schön wären auch ein oder zwei Kleiderhaken für Jacken etc.. Das Bett ist hervorragend und die Lage sehr zentral für alle Aktivitäten; sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Näge; gerne wieder 👍

Leider müssen wir für unseren Urlaub eine negative Bewertung abgeben. Im Haus waren Bauarbeiten im Keller und folglich die angegebene Waschmaschine auch nicht vorhanden. Das W-Lan war nur zeitweise verfügbar. Beim Vorbeifahren von LKW`s und den Baggerarbeiten auf dem Nebengrundstück ( Bau von mehreren Häusern) wackelte das ganze Haus. Die Bemerkung das Haustiere erlaubt sind ließ nicht darauf schließen, dass die Unterkunft speziell auch für Hundehalter ausgeschrieben ist. In der Wohnung unter uns waren gleich vier Hunde untergekommen.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und sie ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Wer überdurchschnittlich groß oder beleibt ist, könnte hier Probleme bekommen, da es doch sehr verwinkelt ist in Küche und Bad.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Gepäck findet Platz und der Essplatz unter dem Dachfenster ist sehr schön hell. Besonders große Menschen finden vielleicht die Dusche etwas klein. (Für uns (1.85m) hat sie so gepasst) Das WLAN war leider nur selten sinnvoll nutzbar. Aber danach bewerte zumindest ich meinen Urlaub Nicht :)

Kleine Dachgeschosswohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren als Paar über Ostern im „Entennest“. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, dadurch bedingt ist es etwas wärmer, die Dachschrägen bestimmen die Nutzung. Wir als junges Paar (>1,85m) hatten damit kein Problem. Es war sehr gemütlich. Dank der vielen Fenster war es nicht dunkel, es kann gut gelüftet werden. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Bahntrasse konnten wir bei geschlossen Fenstern keinen „Lärm“ feststellen. Schräg vor dem Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle „Tinnum Mitte“. Von dieser kann man mit maximal einmal umsteigen alle Orte der Insel erreichen. In der Nachbarschaft liegen in Laufnähe Supermärkte und Bäcker. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft!

Alles top!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat das gehalten, was im Inserat versprochen wurde. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmte für uns, wir kommen gern wieder!
