About this apartment rental
A beautiful new apartment between Marbella and Gibraltar can accommodate 3 adults or a family with 2 children. The apartment is only 15 minutes walk from the beach. Puerto Banús and Marbella can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car. The apartment has a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the golf course. The apartment is air conditioned and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a bed 150 × 190 including sheets. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed 140 × 200. The apartment offers 55m2 of living space and is located on the top floor. It also has 2 large terraces. The lift takes you directly to the front door. In the garage parking is available. If you do not feel like bathing in the sea, our communal pool is at your disposal.

There was nothing exaturated in the description of this very nice apartment in a very safe neighbourhood. The Location is absolutely wonderful. Grocery shopping close by. Goran, the host was extremely responsive and helpful.
We will come back as it was indeed a home away from home.

Superb, high quality, well equipped apartment, in an excellent location. Local amenities easily accessible by car, which I would consider an essential.
This is a super area to stay in, with golf and other activities within easy reach. Malaga airport is only an hour away and other destinations eg Marbella, Estepona, Puerto Banus & Mihas are well worth a visit.
Communication with the owner Goran was swift and detailed.
Highly recommended and we will definitely be visiting again!
