Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 72 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and dryer. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Location
Harkány. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.

. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. We provide our guests with a parking card that allows free parking throughout the Harkány area.

We have the right to use the card found in the park in Harkány.
