Welcome to your charming holiday apartment in Rakovica - the ideal retreat for families, couples or small groups who want to experience Croatia in a peaceful and nature-close environment. The bright and spacious apartment offers space for up to five people and convinces with plenty of comfort and a cosy furnishing.
On 65 m², you can expect two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, as well as crockery and cooking utensils, so you can prepare your own meals at any time. In the living room, a comfortable sofa, SAT-TV, and dining table invite you to relax. A highlight is the large balcony (20 m²) with a covered seating area and grill, perfect for sociable evenings outdoors.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, heating and a modern bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. A separate entrance ensures privacy, and two parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The property also offers many opportunities for leisure activities: A sunbathing lawn, a children's playground with a slide, sandpit and swings, as well as sports opportunities such as basketball, volleyball and badminton provide variety. Those looking for something special can prepare traditional Croatian specialities on the grill in the "Komin". Breakfast or half board are available on request (for an additional charge).

Very clean and organized and we loved watching for the sheep in the morning and evenings. The donkey was a delight too. we did have a smidge of trouble finding it, as the one key sign is visible from one direction, not the other, but a lovely spot close to the lakes and other activities such as horse riding and a bat cave
