More information by the provider: Very quiet and sunny situated, straight next to the valley station of the mountain cableway Motta Naluns (only 80m/2 minutes to go) and the railway and bus station. Perfect to go a skiing, hiking or with the bikes. The house have 1 apartment of 2,5 rooms and 1 Studio (1 room-flat). Whenever possible we offer the transfer to the station. The 2,5-room-flat is at the south side of the house (non-smoker, no dogs, 4-stars) with a wonderful view, a big garden terrace with lounge chairs and grill. The studio-flat (non-smoker, no dogs) is on the westside and have also a garden-terrace with barbeque and longchairs. Bus stop "Scuol-Tarasp, staziun" 0.1 km, railway station "Scuol-Tarasp" 0.2 km, underground station "Serfaus Seilbahn" 36.1 km, ferry 19.0 km.

The furnishing is very comfortable. In the living-room is a couch-bed, TV/DVD, Radio-CD, W-Lan/WiFi-access, table, games, informations from this holliday-area and a exit-door to the garden-terrace. In the bed-room is a double-bed (2x90x200m) and a wardrobe. The bathroom have a shower, toilet, washbasin, hair-dryer, a heater for towels. We also provide you with towels for the shower and the bath, bathrobes, for the ground-base is it toilet-paper, Kleenex, soap, cleaners a vacuum cleaner. Also the kitchen is furnished perfectly with: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-maker, steamer, toaster, fondue-/raclette. Enough crockery and dishes is it. Salt, pepper, spices, cleaners, sponges, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar are existing for the ground-base.

Alles stimmt hier: Der freundliche, hilfsbereite und vertrauensvolle Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, der Standort gleich bei Bahnhof und Seilbahn und die ausserordentlich gute Einrichtung der Wohnung.

Der Empfang war sehr Herzlich und Freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet es fehlt an nichts. Vielen Dank.

Der Gastgeber ist herzlich und hilft bei jedem Problem. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche voll ausgestattet.
