About this house rental
240 km north of Helsinki. Lake Kankarisvesi 25 m (length 10 km, breadth 500 m), shallow water, firm sandy bottom. Own boat.
Log cabin 1991, kitchen, living room with 2 extra beds, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, dressing room, sauna and WC (entrance through veranda), open veranda.
Additionally movable hot tub is rented between 4 cottages) from owner for extra cost 150€ / 2 days. Availability needs to be checked beforehand and the rent of the tub will be paid to the owner. Owner fills, empties and cleans the hot tub. Customer heats it himself and undertakes to follow the instructions given by the owner regarding the use of the hot tub. Note! The tub cannot be rented if winter weather is really cold.
Air source heat pump for additional heating and cooling.
