About this house rental
Romantic holiday home with large garden (980 m²) and internet. You go 3-5 minutes to the next free bathing spot on Lake Plau, 4 houses further you will find an ice cream parlor and a snack bar and a boat rental. After a 10 minute walk you can reach also top restaurants and other swimming areas and shortly thereafter the clinic silver mill. They live alone in the house and on the property. The garden offers hidden berths and it is natural lawn mown. Seasonal fruits z. B. Apples, plums, peaches and raspberries may be eaten.
The house is well suited for readers - they find a mooring under trees all day long, but also for sun-hungry.
House musicians find very good conditions with a ceiling height of over 2.70 m on the ground floor.
Golfers are in 35 minutes at Fleesensee, in 70 minutes in Warnemünde, in 60 minutes in Winston Schwerin, in 80 minutes in Schloss Teschow and in 35 minutes in Linstow - actually exactly in the middle, but just off the mark.
Anglers can walk, as it is very close to the water. In the early morning of May, on the west bank, pikes bask in the sunshine on the edge of the lake in the deep water.
Actually, the house for cyclists for pros and for happy drivers especially with bicycle garage.
If you do not have a hobby, the best way is because two little owls hatched in the tree and are now as tall as their parents (31. 05. 2012) and do not need to think about what hobby he has; he has it well because he lies like the Roman with the certainty that he has holidays and nothing else.

Das Haus hat, aufgrund seines Alter, Charme.
Es war alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub braucht.

Wir haben hier einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub erlebt.
Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allen angenehmen Kleinigkeiten eingerichtet. Altersbedingt hat es auch ein paar kleine Schwächen wie knarzende Dielen oder geringe Raumhöhe im Bad. Dafür ein großes Grundstück und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Wir hatten trotz mittelmäßigen Wetters eine schöne Woche im süßen Häuschen!
Die Vorredner haben es bereits erwähnt: Es gibt ein paar Spinnen, es ist kein Neubau, die Dusche + Wanne ist im Keller und vielleicht nichts für 2-Meter-Menschen. Unsere Kinder loben das WLAN, den SmartTV und Netflix. Es gibt außerdem jede Menge Bücher für groß und klein und Gesellschaftsspiele!
Also alles schön, gut ausgestattet und belebt (nicht so steril). Alle beteiligten Personen total nett und freundlich, es gibt Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten und "Milka", ein ganz lieber kleiner Nachbarshund!
Wir würden das wieder so buchen und bereuen nichts! Danke und alles Gute! :-)
