The bright and friendly non-smoking apartment is about 31m² large and suitable for 2 persons. It is located on the ground floor facing south-east and is accessible via a tiled hallway. The entrance area of ���the apartment and the bathroom are also tiled, the remaining rooms with high quality vinyl floor designed. Living room: - Comfortable, comfortable seating - Large flat screen TV- Stereo system with FM tuner and Bluetooth receiver- Free Internet via Wi-Fi for a simultaneous user (multi-user surcharge) Kitchen: - open kitchen with dining area- induction hob-extractor mobile Small oven-mobile microwave-refrigerator with freezer-coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, elek. Welcome! The residential building of our secluded former farm in the old town center of Drosendorf was completely rebuilt in 2014-2016. Optically and in size at the old stock oriented, but now finds the latest technology and high comfort in the (almost) passive house. The two apartments on the ground floor and the upper floor are similarly equipped, have central heating, Internet connection and satellite TV (Astra). For our guests we have reserved two car parking spaces in the courtyard of the property. Pets are welcome after consultation.
