The detached holiday home on the North Sea island of car-free Baltrum was built in the Frisian style of 2005. Facilities The entire ground floor is with 2 bedrooms a double room and a small single room with about 7 sqm. 1 large modern bathroom with shower and tub and toilet a guest toilet a kitchen with dining table for 7 people. Dishwasher, electric cooker with 4 hobs, toaster, blender, and a living room. Ideal for 1 family with children. Overall, the house has 5 beds and a baby bed. The living area on the ground floor is approximately 95 square meters. The upper floor is not rented. In the garden is a terrace with a dining. The house is luxuriously furnished and offers great comfort. In the house you have free wireless access. The upper floor is not accessible. You have the house and grounds for single use for a carefree holiday.

Das Haus ist toll und hat voll unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen! Es ist ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Wir erhielten gute Informationen im Vorfeld! Noch eine Bemerkung zu den Fahrrädern: toll, dass wir sie hatten (nicht nur zum Einkaufen🤗) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Traum von Haus, wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich - wir hatten tolle Tage auf Baltrum. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ausstattung und Zimmeraufteilung sehr gut.
Eine Hausordnung fehlte.
Wir hätten gerne gegrillt, der neue Kugelgrill war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: verrostet, Grillkohle im Aschkasten, Rost mit Grillresten, d. h. nie kontrolliert. Abfluss in der Dusche verschmutzt.

Unsere Woche war eine unvergessliche, tolle und sonnige Woche auf Baltrum.
Das Haus 313 ist ein wundervolles, mit Liebe gestaltetes Ferienhaus. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist super, fast schon zu viel und das Haus ist sehr gepflegt.
Den Garten könnte man noch ein wenig schöner gestalten, die Kinder hätten gerne im Holzhäuschen gespielt.
Danke für die tolle Woche. Wir kommen wieder!
