About this apartment rental
Cozy and new apartment fully equipped. It has a large indoor terrace, outside balcony and private garage. The house is located in Vilanova de Arousa, hometown of Valle Inclán, where you can visit his beautiful home located in the Pazo de O Cuadrante, where the Tourist Office of the municipality is also located. Likewise, throughout the urban area, the municipality provides a municipal open wifi network for free.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the indoor sunroom.
The situation of the apartment in the seaside town of Vilanova de Arousa is perfect for visiting all Rias Baixas and Santiago de Compostela. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the village and its numerous gastronomic festivals.
Ideal summer resort. In over 50 nearby beaches (the spear, Isla de Arousa, Vilanova de Arousa, Sanxenxo, etc). Ideal for 'load cells' and admire the unique sea view, strategic situation to be in the heart of the Rias Bajas very central and equidistant to visit other places like Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra, Vigo, Sanxenxo, Cambados, La Toja, The Grove ... and of course our neighboring country, Portugal, which is less than an hour away.
Vilanova de Arousa is the birthplace of Don Ramon de Valle Inclan, a small fishing village, quiet and safe, with excellent wines and seafood. At 20 minutes there clubs and discos with input from 0-3 Euros and also in summer almost every day there are outdoor festivals, minimum 2 orchestras, churrasco octopus, Padron peppers, etc.
Vilanova de Arousa has a marina where you can rent a boat or a yacht with or without skipper. Also operates a catamaran for tours of the estuary.
A Illa de Arousa is a beautiful island marine atmosphere which is located just 4 km from the apartment. . It connected to the mainland by a bridge of 2 km, is completely surrounded by excellent beaches and coves; It is very flat, ideal for walking or cycling. It is located in the heart of the Rias Baixas, is an excellent starting point to visit and enjoy this region: only 10 minutes Cambados and near points of interest Sanxenxo, Portonovo, O Grove, A Toxa or Combarro.
You'll cross the river and visit Pobra do Caramiñal or the Natural Park of Dunes Corrubedo, or embark to visit the National Park of the Atlantic Islands; although the island itself, a couple of miles from the apartment, you can enjoy the natural park of O Carreirón that will surprise you.

El apartamento se ajustaba a la descripcion del anuncio. buen trato por parte del propietario. Bien comunicado, limpio, confortable y bien equipado. Sin dudarlo recomendaria a familiares y amigos.

Hemos estado un grupo de 4 amigos una semana en julio en dicho apartamento. Es mucho más grande de lo que parece en las fotografías y todo está nuevo e impecable. Muy completo en cuanto a equipamiento y con todas las comodidades: terraza enorme, habitaciones bastante amplias. La playa esta a unos 5 minutos andando y tienes todo a mano; supermercado, farmacia, cafés, estanco... Por lo tanto una muy buena opcion para pasar una semanita de relax en el norte, aparte el dueño del mismo es una persona muy atenta.

La vivienda es muy amplia pero confortable y acogedora porque está decorada con mucho gusto. Todo está nuevo y el equipamiento es muy completo. Propietario amable y con dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.

Cuando llegamos y el propietario nos enseñó el piso, me pareció mucho mejor que en las fotos. El piso tenía todos los suelos de madera. La cocina era nueva y grandísima, con una mesa en el centro para comer. Desde la cocina se accedía a una terraza interior donde esteba la lavadora, se podía tender, había un arcón congelador... Era tan grande como el piso. Tenía dos baños: uno dentro de la habitación y el otro en el pasillo. Todas las habitaciones tenían unos estupendos armarios empotrados. El salón era bastante grande y bien equipado. Todo estaba muy bien decorado. El piso estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Estaba muy bien situado. Pudimos visitar tanto el norte como el sur de Galicia. Practicamente todo estaba a una hora o menos. El propietario nos atendió muy bien en todo momento. Nos dio un mapa de la zona y nos aconsejó sobre la visita a Islas Cíes. Tenía varios supermercados y un mercado cerca. En el pueblo, Vilanova de Arousa, nació Valle-Inclán y allí estaba su casa museo. Se la he recomendado a varios amigos porque me pareció excelente y a buen precio. Desde allí fuimos a Cambados que está a pocos kilómetros y me encantó. Fue un día estupendo. El pueblo era precioso. Y pudimos comprar vinos. Después comimos en O Grove. Nos tomamos una mariscada buenísima. Recomiendo algunos de los restaurantes que más me han gustado: Anduriña en A Guarda, Xantar da ria en O Grove o Taperia Alameda en Santiago de Compostela
