About this house rental
New furniture since January 2018!
In our house is a detached house in the Tudor style and gabled roof. The house is situated in a prime location in the holiday home Holiday Park "the sea" in Nordseebad Burhave on the peninsula Butjadingen in Lower Saxony.
It is situated in a quiet location and all the supply options and the North Sea beach are within walking distance.
The house is fully furnished and suitable for max. 6 people available. The house has an attractive living room with an adjacent open and completely inventoried fitted kitchen and dining area.
Further, a double bedroom and a children's room with about 4 Sleeps, and a bathroom with shower. The living room leads into the weatherproof covered terrace area and the patio terrace.
Children's bicycles and toys are of course available. A children's cot and high chair are also available if needed.
The house has been continuously modernized in recent years, has free internet access (WLAN) and a flat screen television with satellite TV.

Bin noch immer von dem Bungalow begeistert, aber das ist natürlich mein persönlicher Geschmack. War mal etwas anderes. Die Woche war sehr schön, trotz unbeständigem Wetter, aber das ist eben Nordsee :) Die Unterkunft war sauber, es war bis auf Zucker für den Kaffee alles vorhanden, freies Internet und Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Einfach toll!

Alles in allem war es ok. Leider ist das Mobiliar (Couch, Gartenmöbel, Toilette) schon sehr abgewohnt. Aber alles in allem war alles ok für den Preis.

Ansich ist das Objekt wirklich schön!
Saftiger grüner Rasen und schön viel Platz!
Leider sind wir keine Schafe sonst hätten wir es genossen!
Leider sind wir Wir und erwarten für den Mietpreis auch ein wenig Standart!
Dazu gehört nicht der Dreck der Vormieter um die Mülltonnen, Spinnweben mit Katzenhaaren (?) überall, dunkelbraune Kaffeekannen, die toten Bienen und Fliegen vom Sommer im Wohnzimmer, Wassertemperatur in der Dusche die dauerhaft zwischen Arktis und kochendem Wasser schwankt sodas duschen fast unmöglich ist sowie der nicht unerhebliche Schimmel im Bad in der Dusche und an den Fenstern/Rollos!
Na ja und über fehlende Müllbeutel und die 1/4 Rolle Klopapier für 5 Personen und 1 Woche Aufenthalt sag ich jetzt mal nix!
Aber dafür hat das Nordseewetter sich von seiner Sonnenseite gezeigt!
