About this cottage rental
The apartment is located in the historic 2-column Heuerhaus in an idyllic outdoor location.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the completely renovated Heuerhaus with a view of the rhododendron garden and the farm garden.
There are connecting doors to the fireplace room apartment so that the two apartments can be booked as a unit if required.
The apartments must then be booked individually.
With historic coach house (formerly Peat shed), fountain, bakehouse, sauna and heated swimming pool with salt water electrolysis,
with renewable energies - environmentally friendly heat pumps and PV systems.
Power supply for all apartments via a PV system and electricity storage.
The 4 star DTV certification.
Sauna and heated swimming pool with salt water electrolysis,
with renewable energies - environmentally friendly heat pump and PV system operated (due to service work only in operation from mid / end of September 2017).

You can reach the district town of Westerstede in a few minutes by car. There is also a short, close to nature
All shopping and supply facilities are easily accessible.
The nearby BAB connection 28 Bad Zwischenahn-West offers optimal transport connections to all national areas.

Die Ferienwohnung "Gartenblick" für zwei Personen ist sehr modern, verfügt über alles, was man benötigt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziges Manko ist die direkte Verbindung zur Nachbarwohnung "Kaminzimmer". Die Türen waren zwar verschlossen und extra isoliert, trotzdem hört man z.T. die Nachbarn.
Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Wohnung aber und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtetet. Es fehlt nichts. Hunde sind hier willkommen. Preis-Leistung: sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
