High quality remodeled and fully equipped apartment with designer furniture and ocean view from all rooms directly on the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Bonita Beach Club is a gated community at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Bonita Springs, Florida. The resort offers a resortstyle pool, tennis courts, barbecue facilities, fitness center, table tennis, shuffleboard, library, billiards and much more. The apartment is in a prime location in the 6th floor with stunning ocean views from all rooms. Sunsets can be watched every evening from both lanais. You can also observe Pelicans fishing directly in front of the door and dolphins swimming by. At night the waves of the ocean will lull you to sleep.
Amenities of the apartment include 2 bedrooms with balconies, a master bedroom with large king bed and direct attached master bath and a guest bedroom with very comfortable queensize sofa bed and private bath. Latest Flat Screen LED TVs with BlueRay / DVD Player and Wifi Highspeed Internet in all rooms. Large living and dining area with comfortable sofas and relax chair as well as dining area for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side fridge-freezer combination, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Washer and dryer are also available.
The large covered lanai in front of the living room invites you to linger and dine. Or simply enjoy the fantastic view of the tropical garden, the pool and the ocean.

Situated at the tip of a peninsula, BBC is surrounded by water on three sides. The condo has front and back access to views of the pool, beach and inlet. Shelling is in abundance. Great breeze being on the 6th floor with exquisite sunsets. The only negative is the second bedroom has a pullout couch vs beds, but we new that going in.

The property was clean and well kept. The property manager was easy to communicate with and really just a lovely person. I don’t know how common this is, but I think we may have been the only unit occupied on our floor, so it was very private. We were able to sit on the screened in balcony and not even have anyone walk past. The shared pool was spacious and had very few guests. We had views of the ocean from the front porch and views of the bay from the back balcony. The beach right in front of the complex was also clean and serene! A few swimmers, some fishermen, and some families just enjoying, but at times you could have an entire section of beach to yourself! It’s so beautiful and peaceful and is a great place for families to unwind and reconnect!
