About this house rental
In Flahult, Småland, about 25 km south of Jönköping, there is a modern holiday home renovated in 2007. The house is located on an estate close to the lake, where you have many beautiful beaches and good fishing opportunities. You have access to your own boat and jetty. If you want to have BootMotor you can rent it. There are many beautiful lakes where you can go by boat. In the lakes you will mainly find the pike, perch and the 'Gös', which is known as pikeperch in Germany. You can usually buy a fishing license in the surrounding petrol stations or in shops.
You have pure nature here, close to forest trails and it is a paradise for picking mushrooms and berries
The house has on the first floor a dining room, a TV room with a tiled stove, bathroom with shower, laundry room and a kitchen. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, hallway and a balcony. If you want towels and bed linen, you can rent them.

We were lucky to find this wonderful accommodation, to reach it you first need to drive on an uneven road through swedens beautiful forests, once you reach it the first thing you see is a perfectly mowed lawn (thanks to the Husquarna Automower) and a clean and tidy driveway. The house itself is big, well equipped and perfectly clean. The house included a boat, and if you ask nicely, you can get a small engine attached which would have made life more easy conquering the near lake (i recommend driving by car, the road Elis very uneven and not very suitable for normal bikes) Overall great experience, would visit again. Oh and if you travel with an electric car like us, you even have the opportunity to charge it at the house!

Enjoyable family stay down to earth. Off peak season, the lakes are magic. Home has everything one needs. Owner near by, great communication.

We totally enjoyed our stay, the house and the surrounding. Everything was uncomplicated, host was fast with responding. Perfect for us and our small kids. Would love to stay here again in case we are planing holidays in the same area again.

War eine schöne Zeit.
Das Haus war neuwertig umgebaut, hatte alle Ausstattung, die man für 2 entspannte Wochen benötigt.
Toller Balkon, großer gepflegter Garten, 'Blick aus dem Garten direkt in den Wald und auf Pferde und Kühe.
Und das Boot-Fahren hat viel Spaß gemacht.
Nicht so schön war der Zustand der Küche, v.a. in den Schubladen; eher schmuddelig; man hatte z.B. noch die Brötchenkrümel vom Vorgänger im Brotkorb.
Zudem gabe es nur 1 fahrtaugliches Fahrrad (nicht 6, wie im Anzeigentext angegeben). Alle anderen waren richtig alt, platt, ohne Gangschaltung bzw. funktionierender Bremse. Für kurze Touren an den See ok, aber nicht für eine echte Fahrradtour.
