Tranquil, Idyllic, Another world (needs light n bedroom blinds

We loved the location, the view, the local Restaurant/pub/hotel, it was a fantastic step back into time with traditional food and styling, tho super modern in staff n restoration of the original inn/hotel/pub/restaurant, our accommodation was why we loved the whole time, super modern but complimentary to its country village surroundings and the views are amazing, comfortable bed, clean spaces and well fitted out for a long or short stay. The location is great for day trips and beyond and the central floor heating meant we came home everyday to warm and cosy home.

We didn’t like the living room lights, they did not provide any light at all, in fact we had to take the bedroom lamps into the living room for light??? The bedroom tho comfortable n cosy backs onto the main road, noise not a problem but not having blockout curtains meant every car truck or tractor that drove thru shone their lights into the bedroom n 330am till 630am was the busiest time

The only negative comment is about too much light coming to the bedroom in the evening — there is no black-out curtain and the room is still quite light.

Overall a good accomodation

Overall the apartment is more than satisfactory with adequate heating system, shower is comfortable and the kitchen was provided with all necessary items

We arrived and nobody answered the phone neither our emails, the electric lighting was overall poor, the living room doesn't allow to enjoy the fireplace with only a single armchair in front and TV set is old and far from sofa, ceilings are low and the floor was not very clean

Die Landschaft war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft wie oben beschrieben. Traurig.

Wir waren bereits bei unserer Ankunft enttäuscht! Als wir an unserer Zieladresse, Kapellenstraße 10 83083 Söllhuben, ankamen wurden wir von einer älteren Dame gleich vor der Haustüre in eine andere Unterkunft verwiesen. Ohne Angabe von einer Adresse mussten wir im Ort erst mal suchen. Dann ein Mehrfamilienhaus in der 3 Etage. Vor Ort Kein Toilettenpapier, keine Küchentücher, keine Müllsäcke. An den Decken überall Spinnweben. Auf dem Balkon war das Einnehmen von Getränken und Speisen nicht möglich. 2 große Bienennester! Den Vermieter haben wir nicht einmal gesehen. Fazit, wir haben nicht bekommen was wir gebucht haben.

Traumhafte Wohnung im Chiemgau

Wir hatten in Söllhuben bei Herrn Wagenstaller eine traumhafte grosszügige Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung und das Ambiente sind sehr hochwertig. Die Lage im Ort ist ruhig, gleichzeitig aber doch sehr zentral. Zum kleinen Einkauf und zum bekannten Gasthof und Biergarten Hirzinger sind es nur wenige Schritte. Rosenheim und Chiemsee sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Und die Berge liegen direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, aber das wird mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Man kommt einfach gerne wieder.
