Everything I first stayed there last year and loved it so much so that rebooted it 2 days after.

Everything and the fact that people always leave a few bits for the next person it’s great. But I find it to be getting too expensive as it has jumped €800 in the space of 2 years which I feel that if you have a recurring Clint it should not be increased by that amount to repeat customers

Siisti, toimiva ja miellyttävä asunto. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi, astianpesukone plussaa (sitä ei välttämättä kaikissa asunnoissa löydy). Sängyt ehkä kaipaisivat päivittämistä. Uima-allas oli aivan ihana!

Tunnemme alueen hyvin ja tämä ei ehkä ollut sijainniltaan paras mahdollinen. Mutta oli kuitenkin rauhallista seutua ja tunsimme olomme turvalliseksi.

The whole property was stunning, it had everything you need for a home . The location was good, walking distance to the town and Burriana beach and easy to get a taxi if needed. The property was relaxing and quiet and beautifully maintained.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr schön, ebenso die gepflegte Außenanlage mit Garten und Pool. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Nicht gefallen haben uns der insgesamt abgewohnte Zustand der Unterkunft sowie mehrere technische Mängel. Die Liegen am Pool waren stark verschmutzt und teilweise durchgelegen. Die Auflagen für die Sitzmöbel waren total verschmutzt. Zudem waren Toilette, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine zeitweise defekt, Reparaturen dauerten teils sehr lange. Besonders negativ fiel die schlechte Erreichbarkeit der betreuenden Firma auf, außerhalb der Bürozeiten war keine Unterstützung möglich. Außerdem hatten wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinen Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool, obwohl dies mehrfach gemeldet wurde.
