Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, vízparti fekvésű, mégis közel van a városközponthoz.

Tesis sahipleri çok tatlı insanlar ilgililer güler yüzlüler. Tesis doğanın içersinde huzurlu bir ortamda.
Konumu şehir merkezine ve ulaşım araçlarına çok uzak. Yaya olarak neredeyse 30 dk yürümelisiniz. Hiçbir şekilde yemek restaurant market bulunmuyor ancak aracınızla gelirseniz konaklayabilirsiniz. Neredeyse hiç müşteri olmaması ve çevresinde bir aktivite bulunmaması sebebiyle biraz sıkıldı açıkcası. Ayrıca karavan çok da rahat değildi. Ayrıca karavanın sıcak sıyu sadece 5 dk akıyor, 15 dk beklemek gerekiyor. Huzursuz ediyor bu durum. Ancak sahiplerinden dolayı yine kısa süreli tercih edebilirim hoş insanlar.
