About this villa rental

Close to sailing, water skiing, and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 6-minute drive to Lake Lugano or the 5-minute drive to Alprose Chocolate Factory (and enjoy the property's convenient covered onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 1938-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Just a great experience, the house in a state as if the family who lived here, is just on vacation. Everything is meticulously clean and everything works. Flowers and bushes in the garden were in bloom and everything looks nice and tidy. The house is in an area with many other family homes and it is quiet. People were very kind. Recommend!

House is as it is in the picture, everything is in its place and available where you need it. Great attention to details in a warm and practical way making you feel at home like a family guest. House and garden are superbly maintained, location is calm and close to Italy (ponte tresa) although it’s quite easy to feel happy staying in the house only! Only disturbance has been the noise with work around the house and the gardeners who care to work during our stay , early in the morning ...
