The fantastically located house with its 3 apartments is located in Lancken-Granitz on Mönchgut, directly on the estate Hohmann Rügen. From all apartments you have a fantastic view of colorful fields and the vineyard.
Here you will find nature, peace and enjoy the holiday enspannt.
Lancken Granitz is located between the two Baltic Sea baths Binz and Sellin, which can be reached quickly by car or bike.
There you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes as well as beautiful beaches.
The picturesque surroundings of the Mönchgut peninsula can be explored by bike or on foot. This is the best way to enjoy the fantastic nature of Rügen, the expanse of the Baltic Sea and the fresh sea air. Some of the sights of the island of Rügen can be found in the immediate vicinity of Lancken-Granitz, for example, the hunting lodge Granitz, the mad Roland, or the famous pier in Sellin.
In this apartment you have a great panoramic view of the fields from the large balcony or the terrace. The apartment is modern and lovingly furnished. In the fully equipped open-plan kitchen you will find everything the holiday heart desires. Whether it is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave or various other utensils, you will not miss anything here.
