About this house rental
Would you like to escape everyday life in an idyllic atmosphere and let your mind wander? Spend a cozy time in the winter by the open fire or in the hot tub with water at 38 degrees? You have come to the right place.
Our holiday home is on a hillside right on Krummen See in Friedrichwalde, a pearl in the Schorfheide / Chorin biosphere reserve. Whether you want to take long walks or bike tours through the meadows and fields of the region, or use the lake on the doorstep for fishing, canoeing or swimming, is entirely up to you.
The house was completely renovated in 2017 in order to be able to offer our guests a high standard. We chose a minimalist and Nordic interior with high quality accents. These include e.g. B. Low temperature heating as wall or floor heating, air conditioning systems for pleasant coolness even on hot summer days and a gush shower with real sea water in both bathrooms.
The house has a spacious covered veranda where you can spend a wonderful time even when it rains. A large garden is available for guests to share. You can go swimming directly behind the garden or rent a fishing boat from the fisherman. We can make reservations for you here.
The property also has an outdoor wellness area. A barrel sauna and a hot tub await you. The wellness area can be used all year round. In winter, the outdoor shower is turned off, so you have to go inside to take a shower (approx. 30m).
We have also decided to no longer charge any extra costs for the wellness area for all guests who booked after 03/03/2019. Use is then settled with the rental price for the property. The sauna is heated electrically. The hot tub must be heated by hand with wood. For this and for changing the water in the tub, we will give you instructions on your arrival.

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. You were wonderful hosts and it was a joy to meet you and stay at your holiday home. We were blessed with good weather and made the most of the garden, hottub and sauna. But best of all was swimming in the lake at the bottom of the garden!
A great deal of passion has gone into this home, the style, attention to detail and high end appliances make it a wonderful experience. Really importantly, our children were welcomed with open arms ❤️

Familie Ulrich ist sehr herzlich und der Check-in war problemlos. Das Haus - was sollen wir sagen - so eine super qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung hatten wir wirklich noch nicht. Die Fahrräder war super und der Kaffeevollautomat ein Highlight. Der Blick auf den See unschlagbar. Friedrichswalde ist ein sehr schönes Dorf und die Leute super freundlich. Der Bäcker ist gleich gerade über die Straße und super lecker. Der Badestrand ist auch klasse. Also es war wirklich ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen wieder. Dieses schöne Ferienhaus können wir absolut empfehlen!
Wir waren als Familie (drei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) dort und haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wer Natur pur sucht, ist hier an der perfekten Stelle. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ist toll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was benötigt wird. Der Garten ist riesig und der freie Blick auf den See wunderbar. Die Vermieter sind zudem sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend, sowohl der Check-In als auch der -Out waren problemlos und am zweiten Tag wurde sogar noch ein großer Außenkühlschrank aufgestellt. Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht...vielen Dank dafür an Familie Ulrich.
