About this house rental
The accommodation
The accommodation is very bright, the living room has a glass wall from which you can see the Gulf of Palermo and Monte Pellegrino. During the day there is always a different panorama due to the differences in colors that the sky offers. In the evening we witness the illumination of the city and its streets. The sunsets are the best time of the Day with the change of color of the Sky at twilight. At night the lapping of the sea will accompany your sleep
Guest access
The accommodation has a private terrace for exclusive use and the descent to the sea is exclusive to the Villa. The Villa has a swimming pool with vegetable solarium on the roof, this space is to be shared with the other apartments.
Interaction with guests
Very present staff who speak fluent English, French, to understand each other. Information on transport and essential services will be provided directly. On request we organize excursions, guided tours, boat trips, evening tours in typical places of Palermo ... possibility to rent cars - Sports practicable in the area, diving, trekking at Monte Catalfano, bowuling, Snorkling.
Other things to highlight
The internal parking of the Villa can be reached through a descent and is shared with the other guests, can be parked at most 4 cars, another parking space is located outside the gate always in private property. Guests who do not want or can not park inside the Villa can park on the street.

Le site est exceptionnel et la vue est unique.La location est confortable et de bonne tenue. Quelques points pourraient cependant être améliorés comme le rajout d'un four micro-ondes. Le débit Wi-Fi est très faible. Le parking est assez acrobatique.

nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans un petit paradis devant le golfe de Palerme avec chaque soir un coucher de soleil magnifique ...
logement propre et très agréable idéal pour 2 (salle de bains petite pour 4)
pièce à vivre grande et fonctionnelle où la lumière rentre à flots

piscine pas très grande mais propre ,bien entretenue et surtout tellement agréable sous le soleil de Sicile et sa splendide vue sur la méditerranée
merci à giacommo pour sa gentillesse
bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour fêter nos 28 ans de mariage et espérons revenir un jour sur cette île magnifique où il y a tant de choses à découvrir

Das Appartment ist sehr hell und geräumig, mit großen Fensterfronten zum Meer. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen direkten Blick auf das Meer und die Küste und kann abends wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Top Unterkunft für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, weniger ideal für einen Badeurlaub.

A notre arrivée, nous avons été éblouis par la vue, Magnifique !
Concernant le logement, nous avons été déçus de constater que c'était un studio car dans le descriptif il était noté une chambre. C'est une grande pièce de vie.
Equipement juste ce qu'il faut. Quand le temps n'est pas au top et que l'on doit être à l'intérieur c'est rudimentaire comme tout d'ailleurs.
Une autre déception est le mobilier notamment des chaises de jardin pas très confortables d'ailleurs. Le studio sentait l'humidité et à certain endroit le mur était effrité. Parfois il y avait des odeurs d'égouts.
Nous avons fait la chasse aux fourmis...
Nous avions passé 5 jours prés de Catane avant et c'était le luxe par rapport à ce que nous avons vécu ici
