The following fees are paid directly to the resort and are not included in the nightly rate:
• Hawai‘i occupancy/excise tax: approximately $36–$41 per night for a 2-bedroom villa
• Self-parking: approximately $30 per day
• Valet parking: approximately $35 per day

Guest access:
Check-in is handled directly through the Marriott front desk, similar to a hotel stay.
• Check-in: after 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
• Minimum age for check-in: 21 years old
Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. If your room is not ready, the front desk can store your luggage so you may begin enjoying the resort. After check-out, guests may continue using resort facilities for the day, subject to resort policy.
