Located in a small subdivision very recent, very quiet, removed from the noise of summer activities, built on the edge of a pine forest on the edge of the towns of Latour Bas Elne and Saint Cyprien, close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beaches of sand Saint-Cyprien, 15 minutes from Perpignan and Collioure and 20 minutes from the Spanish border, the villa "des Bougains" is located in a varied geographical environment, the Mediterranean coast in Corbières with visual on the first foothills of Pyrenees, Albères to Mount Canigou.
The house, with a surface of 106 m², is a new construction on 2 sides. It is equipped, on 2 levels, to receive from 6 to 8 people. It has 4 rooms (living room and 3 bedrooms), 1 mezzanine (office), 3 bathrooms (1 per room), 2 WC (1 on each level), 4 terraces (1 per room). All rooms are equipped with large windows.

Modern well equiped villa with welcoming host and rental agency. The property is perfectly situated close to St Cyprien Plage and with supermarkets nearby. We would highly recommend for an excellent stay, this being our second visit and we hope to return next year.

We spent two weeks at this property at the beginning of July. The villa is ideally located being close to St Cyprien and all local amenities, with two supermarkets within walking distance. The property is very well maintained, with all necessary inventory items provided, and a number of additional unexpected items that proved to be very useful.
The pool was very welcome, particularly in the warm weather that we experienced during our stay. The choice of external seating areas allowed us to sit in the shade at all times of the day.
The agency that oversaw our visit, from welcoming us at our arrival, to assisting with an initial issue that we encountered, provided an excellent service. In particular we would like to thank Christine for her help and support.
We would definitely recommend this property and hope to use it again in the future.

Cette maison manifestement très récente, voire neuve, est extrêmement fonctionnellement et très haut de gamme (douches à l’italienne dans toutes les chambres, climatisation, volets roulants motirisés etc…).
De plus, bien qu’étant mitoyenne, elle bénéficie d’un calme absolu et donne sur une pinède, ce qui permet des repas dans un environnement de qualité.
Elle est très bien située, très près de commerces de toutes sortes, de la mer et des Pyrénées.
Enfin, dernier point et non des moindres, le personnel de l’agence qui gère le bien est adorable et se met en 4 pour vous.
Bref, nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances!
