It already has a very good gastronomy in 400m, which is open all year round. In about 1300m there is the big city pool, in about 1000m there is the smaller Libas beach.
The apartment is in a newly renovated condition. Our administrator welcomes you and answers your questions in German.
Of course there is good mosquito protection for all rooms. There is an American style open kitchen. The house is only a few years old and therefore modern. The city location is in a quiet area with no through traffic. Shopping center, beaches and boulevard are all within a maximum of 1300m.
