About this apartment rental
Our holiday home, situated on a gentle grassy slope at the edge of the village, has a particular advantage in a very quiet location off the main roads.
Have a great view over the park landscape background Zartens to the mountains and forests of the area - the mats (schwarzwälderisch for meadows) pull behind the house be broken by individual Black Forest courtyards addition to the fir region of 1200 meters high Windeck head.
The Superior Three-room apartment was renovated in December 2014 and, inter alia, decorated with rich fabrics company hem & Viebahn. The modern design and elegant style of the apartments create a particularly exclusive atmosphere (eg, it is equipped with lamps by Artemide and bathroom accessories jewelry company Decor Walther). For the modern communication available to guests in addition to wireless (complimentary), in addition to both a charger for smart phones and tablets as well as a Bose Bluetooth music speakers for great sound available. The apartment also offers a large living-dining room (with flat screen TV and DVD player), a very well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, egg cooker and Nespresso machine), two double bedrooms, bathroom and a loggia overlooking the Windeck head. Guests can request bathrobes (free) during the stay
A large, quiet garden where guests during the summer to rest and the sauna (extra charge) can be used at any time our guests. Our cottage on Mattenweg is also the ideal holiday destination for families with children. The house has a beautiful children's playroom and a table tennis room. The large garden, a children's playground invites you to play. And the best: Children up to 16 years stay free of charge! We only charge the tourist tax of € 0.80 per night per child (valid for children ages 6 to 15 years). We are happy to provide our guests with a baby bath, high chair, washcloths, potty, diaper pails or an extra large changing table available. Upon request we provide the sockets in the apartments with safety plugs. In addition, we have a stroller, tricycle, wagon and carriage in the house for our guests with children.
In the winter, we offer our guests a private ski waxing and the track begins just across from the house. In addition, the house has an underground garage (for a fee), a library, a bicycle storage room, a bread service in the morning, plenty of parking (free) and on request is a massage therapist for applications into the house!
