What a gem of a find. We booked on booking.com based on location and price, and the reviews. We got so much more. What a beautifully renovated old building. So comfortable from the minute we arrived. Our twin room was perfect. Comfortable beds. Ceiling fan. En suite shower room. Tea etc in the room. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast in the kitchen was fabulous and so was the conversation from local places to go to music history. And totally inclusive. 15 minute walk down to the main seafront area. Will definitely stay again.

Heart warming staff, lovely couple that look well after their guests. Very clean property and it is within walking distance to the beach, old town centre, Shell Grotto, Margate Caves and other attractions. Morag prepared a delicious breakfast with home made bread and jam. She made us feel so welcome with her great hospitality.

The rooms was very nicely decorated and spacious. Lots of nice teas and coffee in the room with games and some books to choose from
