About this house rental
The apartment is a half of the house, which is located on a large, beautifully landscaped property in a quiet location near the conservation area. It is surrounded by a terrace. Loungers and grill are available and 4 bicycles can be used at your own risk. The parking lot is conveniently in front of the apartment entrance.
The accommodation is fully equipped: a new fitted kitchen with fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, ceramic hob, washing machine etc. A newly renovated living room area with a cozy fireplace invites you to linger. Of course, there is also the large, beautifully landscaped garden with children's playhouse, which you are welcome to relax in and your children to play with. Should it be a beach day, the nearest Baltic Sea beach is only 1500 m away.

Based on large and nicely arranged premises, the apartment is part of our house. Nevertheless, it is completely separated with its own entrance as well as patios and a floor area of around 114 square meters. The house itself is located in a very quiet area, directly adjoining a protected landscape - so don’t worry about noise and stress. The apartment is also equipped with sunloungers and a barbecue and provides a garage for bike storage. Parking space is available just in front of the apartment’s entrance.
Our holiday home is fully equipped for you: We have recently installed a brand new kitchen with a fridge, a small freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove and a washing machine, etc. Furthermore, a refurbished living room area with a cozy fireplace invites to stay. And, last but not least, the house provides a very nice and large surrounding garden area with a lot of space for you to enjoy or for your kids to play. You can also easily spend the day at one of the nearby beaches. The closest one is only 1500 meters away (5 min. By bike or 15 min. By foot).
