The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location. Available for use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. There are two terraces available in the outdoor area. One is located right in front of the large kitchen and the smaller living unit. On this terrace, which is covered, there is a large table with chairs and a barbecue available. The second terrace is one floor higher. This terrace is intended as a sun terrace. Here, a canopy sun lounger for 2 people and a sun lounger for 1 person are available.

The apartment is divided into two separate units, providing the desired privacy while still allowing for a holiday together with loved ones. The larger unit consists of a large dining/kitchen area, three cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a long hallway. Two of the three bedrooms face the sea and have a lovely balcony with a sea view. The smaller unit consists of a living/dining room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. This unit is only accessible via the shared entrance and shared terrace. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property. Parking at the house.
