About this cottage rental

Welcome! This cozy cottage has on-demand heated water. One double bed, One single bed with a queen hide-bed Couch. Off street concrete parking, full kitchen with breakfast nook and private fenced in back yard with grill and patio table and chairs. Enjoy sitting outside on the patio chair while eating your breakfast sitting at the matching table with the umbrella listening to the local birds singing. This is a non smoking home. No open fire candles

It was a good stay. The communication with property manager was good and better than most I’ve stayed in. When they say it’s a quite neighborhood close to downtown they were not kidding. Will stay again soon.

Lavendar Cottage is a wonderful place to come home too. Although an older historic home it is very clean and modern while still maintaining an older charm. We had come from out of state to attend my Father's funeral service so it was nice to go back to a place after a long day with family to a place I found myself calling home. We traveled with our 3 small dogs and they settled in right away. The side yard was fenced so we could let them outside to explore while we sat out on the patio with them. The neighborhood is very quiet. I live on a small farm in Colorado and was very grateful for the quiet nights.
