About this house rental
Our quiet, located near the spa Reihenmittelhaus offers the optimal mix between tranquility and proximity to spa facilities and the town center. The town center and the Old Sielhafen is about 400 m.
On about 75 sqm you will find room for 5 adults and a toddler. A parking space for your car is right at home.
On the ground floor you have a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen, which is functionally furnished among others with coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Next you have a senior friendly bathrooms are available in which you can go with a walker to the shower.
Upstairs you have a second bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a single bed) available.
If you have trouble with stairs, you can use the ground floor as a separate residential unit. The sofa can be transformed into two real single beds, each 80 x 200 cm bed surface or in a double bed with 160 x 200 cm mattress support when needed. What makes this sofa bed is that the mattress support consists of pocket sprung mattresses, which provides a good sleeping comfort. Actually, one would have to say it is a bed that can be converted into a bed.
From the living room leads to the house belonging to the terrace. The terrace has an awning that protects against excessive sunlight if required.
If you wish to travel with two families, we can possibly convey the booking of the neighboring house, which has a similar arrangement as our house and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 infant.
Also located in the house depending on a television on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs.
For your toddler see a crib, a changing table and a high chair in the house.
If you do not want to go without the internet, you can use free Wi-Fi.
The functional equipment of the house (including washing machine, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board) facilitates usual, unfortunately, yes necessary also in holiday periods chores.
For your purchases can be found roughly 500 meters an Edeka supermarket or in about 800 m distance a discounter.
For Rivers and Canals, the therapy center with indoor pool, spa, children's playground and park is about 400 m.
The waterfront of Harle is 100 meters away. This way, it is only about 1200 m from the beach and marina.

Das Haus ist sauber, die beiden Bäder sind spitze, der „Garten“ ist unserer Meinung nach nur eine Terrasse mit 5 Stühlen und einem Tisch und leider sehr zugewuchert. Insgesamt haben wir uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren wie beschrieben. Mein Mann und ich waren dort mit 2 Kindern und der Oma. Es gibt zwei Bäder, unten sogar sehr großzügig und ebenerdig, nur leider war im EG nur kaltes Wasser. Das hätten wir auch direkt melden können, haben es aber dabei belassen, da oben alles funktionierte. Und es gab keine Thermoskanne. Abgesehen davon würden wir die Wohnung aber weiterempfehlen, da die Lage sehr gut ist. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen und auch in die Ortsmitte.

Wir fanden eine ungereinigte Wohnung bei der Anreise vor. Nach Reklamation wurde diese am nächsten Tag gereinigt. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr abgewohnt
