About this apartment rental

Residence "La Pergola", 2 storeys. In the resort, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. For shared use: pergola (20 m2), garden furniture, parking space n 8. Shop 350 m, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 350 m, bus stop "Plage" 700 m, sandy beach 150 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.8 km. Please note: no lift.
2-room apartment 35 m2 on 2nd floor, north facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), electric shutters. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 8. Please note: smoke alarm, no lift. NR8

villa très bien située (à côté du centre ville et de la plage). Ce serait excellent si un "nettoyage complet ou de printemps" serait effectué une à deux fois par an, nettoyage à fond des placards ou objets rangés à l'intérieur. le reste était parfait.

Un peu tristounet
Un peu tristounet
La maison est agréable car avec une pergola. L'inconvénient, c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une table sous cette pergola et que les propriétaires du rez-de-chaussée l'occupent en permanence. De même, l'accès wifi dépend de leur appartement et il est arrivé qu'ils coupent la box. L'appartement est in peu triste avec la table recouverte d'une espèce d’alèse en caoutchouc gris. Les chaises recouvertes d'un vieux tissu gris également. Dans le séjour, le clic clac mesure 2 mètres, donc difficile d'utiliser un drap housse et il n'y a pas de grande couverture à la taille du canapé. Enfin, contrairement à ce qui a été précisé par l'agence, la petite chambre est mansardée. Donc, un peu déçue par cette appartement.

Appartement bruyant. Mauvaise isolation qui fait qu'on entend les voisins vous marcher sur la tête ou tirer de l'eau. Location chère pour le confort offert.
