Opposite the Cape Finisterre (named after the western end of the Roman world), the picturesque fishing village 'O Pindo', with its flat, inviting sandy beach, 'Celtic Olympus' to the foot of hugs (El Monte Pindo - 627m). -
The sandy beach is surrounded by a promenade along the bay. Here About comfortably Lookouts, sandy beach and showers can be achieved. Its flat transition into the sea enjoys -not only use in children very popular.
Apartment in O Pindo overlooking the Galician coast to Finisterre. Situated on the coast and near the beach - ideal for families with children. From the beach and the apartment has the fantastic view over the "Möweninsel" Lobeira grande the way to Cape Finisterre.
The picturesque fishing village located in the municipality of Carnota, where most beach is not to be found in Galicia.

The place is simply amazing. I loved it and my family loved it as well. The beach is just right there, never crowded, with rocky formations where you can spot crabs, anemones, fish, lots of different mollusks, and starfish (if you pay attention and are lucky; yes, I am a biologist :-); the kids loved it.
We arrived 14.08 just on time for the town's fest and had "bad luck" because the near town of Cee was also having its annual festivity and supermarkets were closed. So we had to "sacrifice" ourselves and eat the delicious galician food that is served pretty much everywhere. It is really amazing and a lot! so be prepared to eat because you cannot avoid it, is just delicious.
In town you have a small store but with pretty much everything you need. In Cee you have several larger supermarkets and pretty much all you need. Santiago is about one hour from the town, perfect for a rainy day trip. The apartment is fully equipped (no dishwasher though).
I can only say I would move there tomorrow if I could :-)

Grand appartement très propre à quelques pas d'une jolie plage et pas très loin de Carnota et de Fisterre. Très bon accueil. Parking gratuit dans le village. Très calme sauf pendant la fête locale vers le 11-12 août.

Pour avoir voyagé dans quelques régions du monde, cet endroit nous aura laissé un magnifique souvenir, par ses paysages magnifiques, sa population très accueillante pas avare de sourire, à l'écoute, vraiment sympa.
Loin des destinations surpeuplées, no stress.
Détente, sport, gastronomie, ect...Il y en a pour tout le monde.
Vive la GALICIA!

Apartamento irrepreensivelmente limpo, equipado e cuidado. Vistas muito bonitas (Cabo Finisterra, etc.).
Proprietária muito amável e atenta. Camas menos confortáveis.
