About this apartment rental
We offer a 47sqm Studio for 2 people with a sunny, private terrace and access to a small garden.
A true “Franconian” couple, my husband and I have lived in this beautiful part of Bavaria for most of our lives. We live here, in the countryside, with our pets; a cat and two friendly dogs.
Our apartment is located in the lower level of our home, in a quiet residential area, with your own bright and private terrace. It is the ideal starting point for your holiday activities
Studio:
Bedroom: double bed 1,80m x 2,00m, a desk with office chair, a comfortable sofa, Sat.TV in HD quality,
Dining area with two chairs and a round, high gloss lacquered dining table.
Wood stove: we provide firewood for the stove
Kitchen: fridge, cooker and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle
Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, mirror cabinet, vanity mirror, hairdryer
Terrace: teak chairs, table and bench, a charcoal grill and two chairs. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.
Included in the price is the cost of central heating, electricity and water consumption. Provided: 2 bath towels + 1 small towel per person, 2 dish towels and bed linen

Ebermannstadt liegt mitten in der Fränkischen Schweiz, kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. FeWo war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, herrliche Terasse, urgemütlich alles. Sehr nettes und immer ansprechbares Vermieterehepaar. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Das war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Eine sehr freundlich Gastgeberfamilie, ruhige Lage und wenn das Wetter es zulässt kann man stundenlang auf der Terasse sitzen. Ebermannstadt ist eine schöne kleine Stadt an der Wisent. Wandern, Radfahren alles kein Problem. Außerdem ist es nicht weit bis Bamberg oder Bayreuth. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Gastgeber sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung war alles drin was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der kleinere Garten sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

Die Kommunikation mit Familie Liebel hat super geklappt und sie waren bei Fragen auch immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Ganz besonders gefreut haben uns die Besuche von Kater Sammy.
