Villa IZARRA is located 10 minutes walk from the beach and the town center of Saint Jean de Luz. With an area of approximately 300 square meters, equipped for 14 persons. It offers a beautiful living room, two terraces, a summer kitchen, a heated swimming pool and a bowling alley. Its architecture is made of large openings on the exterior allowing maximum benefit from the sun. Decorated with taste and modernity, it will be perfect for holidays with family or friends.
LIVING SPACE
A magnificent massive wooden door opens into the tastefully decorated living room equipped with a flat screen and a fireplace. On the other side, a beautiful living room with dining room and a fully equipped kitchen allow access to a first terrace with a view of the Nivelle and a second facing South with the summer kitchen overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. . A back kitchen and a laundry room are located in the extension of the kitchen.
BEDROOMS
The first floor has 4 bedrooms, two of which are doubles with queen-size beds, one with two single beds next to each other and one twin that can be converted into a double. Two shower rooms and a separate toilet complete the floor.
The second floor has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, dressing room, bathroom with shower and toilet.
ANNEXE
Access via the lounge leads to the annex, which comprises a first room with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. Stairs lead up to the dormitories with two bunk beds and a single bed.
