The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items and linens/towels. The owner was extremely helpful and accessible. He grilled us a fantastic fish meal one evening. Ljubac is a very small, quiet town, but it does have a small grocery market. There are also two eating establishments on the beach. The house is only 15 km from Zadar and less than two hours from the Plitvice and Karla National Parks. The only downside is the AC is only in the main living area....bedrooms were a bit warm at night, but not unbearable. Opening the windows was a mistake because of the mosquitos. The owner did provide a fan, which helped.
