During the modernization, particular emphasis was placed on high quality and a wide range of activities to be independent of the weather in the early and late season. Thus, the spacious fitness room (40 m2) includes, among other motion equipment, a trim wheel, table football, air field hockey and table tennis. The activity offer is completed by a ball playground with a volleyball and badminton net on the property. The extremely attractively furnished living and dining area is in direct connection with the state-of-the-art equipped open bar kitchen. Very tastefully and invitingly furnished with a Chesterfield settee is the so-called men's salon, where you will find a flat screen TV with a diagonal screen size of 94 cm, the pool table and the dart game. Drinks stay well chilled in the built-in house bar with refrigerator. Free internet connection and Playstation 2 are of course available. The layout of the sleeping areas is well thought out. With 3 separate sleeping compartments, each with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the house is ideal for several families vacationing together. 4 extra sleeping spaces are located on the 'Hems'. Central meeting point of this retreat will certainly be the pool section, where the swimming pool with children's pool is located. Lots of fun is promised by the counter-current system and the water slide. Relaxation is offered by the sauna and the whirlpool. Also present in this area is an additional bathroom with shower. The living area of 360 m2 offers enough space for every guest. On the 5200 m2 ground, which surrounds the house, there is a sandbox and swings for the smallest guests. There are many opportunities for development here at all for young and old, should you not prefer to just lie in the sun on one of the two terraces of the house.
