25 km north of Kuusamo, Vuosseli (Eastern Ruka) 1.8 km, Ruka village (Western Ruka) 4 km. Apartment in log-built semi-detached house, built in 2000, bedroom: double bed, living room: convertible sofa, loft: 2 beds. Kitchen, electric sauna. Area 58 m², loft (sloping ceilings) 20 m².

Asunto on viihtyisä ja rauhallisella paikalla. Lenkkipolut ja rinteet lähellä. Huoneisto on pölyinen, se kaipaa perusteellista siivousta: erityisesti kylppäri ja sauna. Huoneistossa haisi koiralle/likaiselle. Tyynyt todella huonot ja epäsiistit. Portaat parvelle ovat jyrkät. Parisängyn patjat aikansa eläneet. Huoneistossa on hieno terassi/parveke, mutta ei mitään kalusteita, missä ihastella hienoa maisemaa? Naapurista kuuluu puhe, suihkussa käynnit jne. seinän läpi.
