About this house rental
This single-storey villa is located in a very quiet urbanization, approx. 2.5 km from the LEVANTE beach. The house is oriented to the south-west and from the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the mountains. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within 1 km.
The house has a living space of 100 sqm, divided into 2 double bedrooms (1x french Bed, 1x 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with tub, 1 shower room en suite with exit to the pool, a dining room with fireplace and open kitchen, a living room with comfortable seating.
From the living room you can access the private terrace and the protected pool area. There is also a covered seat and the charcoal grill.
Around the 8m x 4m pool with roman steps is another free terrace, next to it is the outside shower in the shape of a snail and the stairs to the roof terrace.
There is a parking space for 2 cars within the closed approx. 700 sqm plot.

We stayed here in July 2022 and it was a lovely house in a really nice residential area. The house was modern and clean and there was plenty of outdoor space. The pool was warm and there were enough sun loungers, both around the pool and in the more shaded area of the garden too. We made use of the BBQ most days and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need. The sunsets were stunning from the roof terrace. We had a car so visited Calpe, Benidorm and Denia. There was a bar approximately 15 minutes walk away and the food there was really nice and the gin measures generous! We would recommend this rental and the communication with the owners was excellent. Two little cats visited from time to time too in the garden which our children loved! Overall an excellent stay.

Hemos estado allí durante 9 noches y la estancia ha sido un placer. La casa es estupenda, con mucha intimidad y cerca de los servicios y dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios.La piscina muy buen cuidada.La relación con el propietario ha sido excelente y han entregado la casa muy limpia.Si podemos, repetiremos sin duda.
