About this apartment rental
Apartment 4 is on the ground floor of an apartment complex. It was renovated in May 2012. Apartment 4 is a 1-room apartment with a separate hall and shower / toilet. All floors are equipped with modern vinyl laminate, making them quiet and insensitive. In the living room on the right is the open kitchen with up to 4 seats at the dining table. To the window is the couch on the right and a comfortable armchair with a view of the 32 "LCD TV and the multimedia system with remote controls.
On the left is the apartment double bed that can be folded out.
In the hallway there is a bunk bed with two 200x90 cm beds. Of course there is a reading lamp on each of the beds. The cloakroom for adults and children is also located here. And two other chairs for the dining table are also here.
The bathroom was renovated in March 2015 with a new shower, new vanity, modern instantaneous water heater and underfloor heating. The shower has thermostat control to always guarantee your favorite temperature.
On the terrace is a table with two chairs with cushions and a bench. For nice summer evenings on the terrace, we also provide an electric grill.

Für Familien mit älteren Kindern geeignet.
Sauberkeit war soweit in Ordnung.
Die Lage war super und für uns wurde sogar ein Strandkorb gemietet. Wirklich klasse!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bei Fragen sind schnell Lösungen gefunden worden. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos und auch der Check-In in der Touristeninfo ist gut gelöst. Die Wohnung hätte aus unseren Augen sauberer sein können. Es gab doch einige staubige Ecken - was nicht weiter schlimm ist. Allerdings war im Bad noch Zahnpasta vom Vormieter am Waschbecken und auch die Dusche bzw. das Klo machten nicht den saubersten Eindruck. In der Dusche waren zudem schwarze Schimmelflecken. Auch die Armatur war recht verkalkt.
Ärgerlich war zudem, dass (trotz Beschreibung im Inserat) kein Vorhang vor den Stockbetten im Flur hing. Wir mussten uns mit Decken und Jacken behelfen um den Bereich abzudunkeln, damit die Kleine schlafen konnte.
Die Matratzen waren sehr hart - aber das ist wohl Geschmacksache…
Die Lage ist top! Sehr nah am Strand! Auch haben wir von der Vermieterin einen Strandkorb für die Unannehmlichkeiten (Coronatests, …) gestellt bekommen. Das hat uns gefreut und war sehr praktisch!
