It is centrally located and is located just a short 5 minutes drive to Beaufort s historic waterfront downtown and marina as well as a 5 minutes drive to Parris Island and/or MCAS. This little house is very nicely done. Water pressure is excellent. A/C and heat work well. Bed is comfortable. We had some traveling mishaps on the way and were not able to get there until a day later. The owner worked with us concerning the situation which was MUCH appreciated! The other people around were very nice. We felt safe the entire time. There are two roosters next door so keep that in mind. We used a white noise machine and didn't hear them, but when we turned it off in the morning we did hear them crowing. I would not mind staying here again.

The accommodations were good, plenty of hot water and cold air. Perfect location for the base or fishing. You will be up early with the roosters, but outside of that it was peaceful. Five stars, would recommend.

First impression was uncertain. Upon entering house it was delightful?
Newly renovated, and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable.
I would definitely recommend it.
