About this house rental
Holidays by the sea and feel at home! Nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden with plenty of greenery for romping for children, the house is located in Vabriga, a small town on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia.
The tastefully furnished house has on the ground floor a spacious living room with satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen area with dining table and a shower with toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms with double beds, with two rooms have access to the balcony. A bathroom with toilet and air conditioning in the hallway, adjacent to the rooms, complete the area for sleeping.
From experience, however, life under the Mediterranean sun predominantly takes place outdoors. The covered terrace with large dining table is the actual living room. The house swimming pool invites you to swim next to the sea only 900m away, if you do not feel like going to the beach. And under the large pergola, directly at the barbecue and swimming pool, you can end the evening comfortably with food and a bottle of wine. The illuminated pool gives in the evening a very special holiday feeling. Parking for two vehicles are available and belong to the house.

Swimming is possible at the nearby Lanterna resort or just 900 meters from the beach. But also the famous Plava Laguna in Porec or the protected landscape area near Medulin on the southern tip of Istria invite to swimming excursions. Pick your own places.
From Vabriga it is easy to explore the surrounding area. Old, Byzantine and Venetian towns such as nearby Porec and Rovinj; or Pula, with its well-preserved Roman amphitheater, invites to cultural explorations. In the hinterland of the Istrian countryside, you can visit villages such as Motovun or the artists' village Groznjan, beautifully situated on hills overlooking the Mediterranean landscape. In spring or autumn is an exploration of the scenic beauty of Istria.
