Cabernet Cottage features hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances, lovely cabinetry and counter tops, comfortable beds and much more. The well appointed kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room with comfortable furnishings and a fireplace, making this the perfect spot to entertain guests and enjoy time with family. Directly down the hall from the living area is a half bath for your convenience. The house comes complete with two flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and an Xbox entertainment system. This is accompanied by a selection of Xbox games, books and a wide range of movies. The high speed Internet offers a chance to stay connected and to stream your favorite movies and music.
Located on the main floor is the master bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, closet and an en suite bathroom. Completing the main floor layout is a well-appointed mud room with a powder room and a full-size washer and dryer.
On the second level of Cabernet Cottage you will find two spacious bedrooms each outfitted with luxurious queen beds, dressers and closets. We enjoyed our stay and had a nice family vacation. The house was nice and well stocked with supplies, towels etc. The outside had many comfortable places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade which is nice when the temperature is over 90. Beautiful landscaping. The only negatives low toilets, bad lighting in the bathrooms and bring an eye mask because there are no blackout shades and the main floor bedroom is always light (street lights & sun). Pool & beach over crowded in the afternoon. Beach transportation was out of commission for most of 1 day which was disappointing.

This is a quality built home. Everything worked perfectly, the furnishings were lovely (and comfortable) and thoughtfully arranged. We appreciated the employees on golf carts checking the neighborhood and the peaceful neighborhood.
