Loft with two terraces and sauna 10 minutes from Paris.

We loved the house, the space, all the artwork and decor and outdoor terraces. We loved the neighbourhood so much after busy days in central Paris. It was a relaxing stay. Great communication, check in and out.

The house exceeded all our expectations. My experience has been that the pictures on Home Away end up being better than the actual house. With this house, the pictures don't do enough justice to represent the actual house. The house is delightful. I assume the owners have built it themselves to their own unique taste. The layout is very unusual. The children had a lot of fun exploring the house. The kitchen is big and stocked with all the essentials. Bibiane had baked us a cake and left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate the new year. There is a toilet downstairs. There are 2 toilets upstairs, with minimal privacy. We didn't mind since we were a family. We established our own system of knocks to provide privacy to those who needed it. The house was very clean and we even had house cleaning when we were there, which was super nice! I have never had it before with the houses I rented on Home Away. Bibiane definitely raised the quality bar for us! As for the neighborhood, Montrouge is right outside the Paris ring on the southern side. We happened to stay there during the Paris strikes. I was somewhat worried if we would get affected. But Montrouge is very different than Paris -- even though you are in Paris when you walk about 15 minutes. There are bakeries that we religiously visited every morning and there was a mall within walking distance. We ended up cooking our dinners in the house and had our lunches in Paris. So I don't have much to say about the restaurants in Montrouge, but there were plenty of them within walking distance. The train station is about 15 min walk away from the house. The bus and the metro both within 10 min walking distance. During our visit there was a problem with public transportation everywhere in Paris. So we used Kapten, Marcel and Uber. Marcel is a bit more expensive than Kapten. Scheduling our rides ahead of time worked best. Uber was disappointing if we were waiting for it on the spot. A lot of drivers kept on cancelling on us. So we mostly used Kapten and Marcel for transportation. It's a very quiet neighborhood, so for a family with children it is ideal. I am not sure how party-people would feel about it though. All in all, it was a perfect stay during a troubled time in Paris!

Can’t say enough good things about our host, the flat, location and overall experience. We brought our family to Paris to watch the women’s World Cup. There are five us - 3 children 11,12 and 14. Kids loved the home. It was clean and spacious and ideal for us. The kitchen and dining area were also very spacious and worked well for a family of five. The living room with huge tv screen was awesome! And we loved all the outdoor spaces where we could relax. The neighborhood was very family friendly including the neighbors! We were very close to the metro which made it easy to get in and out of the Paris, but Montrouge is also a super cute area with restaurants, supermarkets, bakery’s etc...I highly recommend this home, the host - thank you Bibaine! (She had croissants and pastries for us when we arrived what a treat!) it was truly an amazing Parisian experience and can’t say enough good things about the home! Merci!❤️❤️❤️

A quelques minutes du Métro Mairie de Montrouge et des commerces alentour, le loft est bien situé. Malgré la proximité de Paris, on se croirait presque dans une maison à la campagne avec les 2 terrasses. Le loft est très bien équipé et bien entretenu. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et les échanges sont fluides et très agréables.

Zeer smaakvol ingericht, dit huis, erg fijn om te zijn. Een verborgen parel in de stad. Het huis, met het karakter van een loft, ligt achter een kantoorpand en daardoor hoor je niets van de stad. Twee terrassen, waardoor je altijd een ''buiten'' hebt. De communicatie met de eigenaars en de contactpersoon verloopt heel fijn, zeer gastvrij. Parkeren voor de deur. 10 minuten lopen van metro en winkels. Een echte aanrader!
