Second floor apartment with elevator located in the heart of the seaside resort a few meters from the Grande Plage and its animations in a very quiet environment.
On a surface of 85 m2 with WIFI, oriented West:
-A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen:
Dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, freezer etc ...
-A table to receive 8 people
-a seating area with 60-inch TV screen convertible couch equipped with Netflix
-a loggia with table, chairs
-a master bedroom with 160cm bed, dressing room, TV
-a secondary bedroom with 2 bed 80 can be converted into 160 according to the choice of the tenant.
-a bathroom with Italian shower and towel dryer.
-a separate toilet
- technical care with washing machine and dryer
Note:
the accommodation is equipped with furniture and bedding of high quality.
Close to all shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bars. Station 10 minutes walk.
A place in the secure parking is at your disposal in the residence.

Pour le bonheur de tous....c'est par là !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Quiberon. Bel appartement bien entretenu et convivial, extrêmement bien situé en plein centre de Quiberon : tous les commerces et les restaurants à proximité, la gare maritime pour les îles et le marché hebdomadaire le samedi en face de la résidence. La location est parfaite pour des vacances sans voiture. L'appartement est très propre et parfaitement équipé. La connexion internet wifi fonctionne bien (You tube, Netflix..).
Un grand merci à M. Rivier qui nous a réservé un accueil exemplaire (panier de cadeaux gastronomiques régionaux de Bretagne, cidre breton et bouteilles d'eau minérale dans le réfrigérateur lors de notre arrivée). Il a été présent du début à la fin pour s'assurer que notre séjour se passe bien . M. Rivier a été très accueillant et arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Tout était parfait.
A recommander sans réserve.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement moderne, très bien équipé, lumineux, très calme, proche des commerces et du centre ville. Pas besoin de voiture. Idéal pour se reposer, profiter de Quiberon et de la mer.
Merci encore à Pascal pour son accueil.
Une adresse à retenir pour un futur séjour.

Appartement haut de gamme et très bien situé à deux pas des commerces et de la plage. Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire des lieux . Une adresse à retenir !
