If you are looking for extraordinary golf course views, and a highly upgraded home, this is it! Sweeping double fairway, lake, & mountains views. You will really enjoy outdoor living here, with a covered patio, BBQ island, misters, & a dramatic Pebble Tec, saltwater, Infinity pool/spa with a gold quartz beach entrance. This is a great spot to view the beautiful desert sunsets!
Inside, you will find a well designed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a great room, formal dining room, breakfast area, & 3 car garage. Two bedrooms offer king size beds, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are tv's in the living room, and all bedrooms. The home is newly furnished, and shows beautifully. Interior upgrades include: tile and carpet, sugar pine wood shutters,custom paint, granite counters in the kitchen, dual ovens, built ins in the master bedroom closet, cabinetry in the garage, and wired for sound, inside and out.
The Immaculate Indian Springs Golf Club is rated 'BEST COURSE under $100' by the Desert Sun and for 2008-2009 has received Golf Digest's 4 STAR Rating. Indian Springs has blossomed into one of the finest and most player friendly courses in the desert with Country Club Service. Indian Springs is known for its tournament speed greens that are a 'Perfect 10'.

Pleasant stay of 30 days; I would stay again and bring my wife and two teenagers. Quiet, furnishings comfortable. No complaints. Modest golf offering. Bar and pro shop an unlikely mix....a bit downscale. I've stayed in the Palm Desert area several years; can no longer play golf because of a back problem; found this a good location to work half days and be a tourist the other half...

This is by far and away the best property we have ever stayed at. We have used VRBO extensively over the years when on the road going to horse shows. I hope they will allow us to book again for next year.

My husband and I have stayed twice at this property and we love it! The home is beautiful and beautifully decorated, and the back yard is stunning, with a spa, infinity pool, intriguing metal sculptures, and gorgeous view of the golf course and mountains. We spend hours sitting out there and just looking! The property is well maintained inside and out, the neighborhood offers 24-hour security at the gate.
The kitchen includes just about everything you need to cook in comfort, with a large gas grill in the yard, too. We love to walk, and it is easy to do so within the community.
The location is ideal, with a shopping and a variety of restaurants available within a short distance. The owners and property manager are accessible, responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning again.
