About this apartment rental
Our inviting apartment with air conditioning is located in the 1st. Floor in a semi-detached house with only 2 residential units (ground floor & unobservable upper floor). The house is very quiet in the immediate vicinity of orange groves.
The living room with sophisticated atmosphere has a dining table for 6 people satellite tv. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has space for another dining table for 4 people. All rooms are decorated with terracotta tiles and high-quality furniture lovingly in the southern flair.
The apartment has free Wifi (high speed) throughout the apartment and the 3 balconies (kitchen, living room and bedroom).
In front of the apartment is the large pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. For shade by the pool two beautiful palm trees. At the outdoor grill you are welcome to grill your steak or fish.
The garden with flowers, herbs and natural stone invites you to linger.

We had a lovely time in the penthouse apartment. Everything was so clean, new and organised.Very spacious inside with everything you could possibly need.Our beautiful balcony looked over the pool area which was always well maintained. The pool was large with different depths.We were very happy staying here and I would definitely recommend it.

My wife and I have just returned from a fabulous week in the Algarve. Perfectly situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira, Carlos and his Mother’s property had everything we could possibly need. Pool area was immaculate and quiet and some days we had it to ourselves. Apartment was clean and very well equipped. We will definitely be back.

We are very pleased with our 2-week stay in late March/ early April. Carlos was away and Filipa handled any questions we had. The second floor suite was well appointed. We are seniors and used this site as a base for a very relaxed holiday. We loved breakfast on the spacious patio with the sun shining on us. A car is key to getting around. We'll recommend Vivendas Paraiso to friends.

We could not have asked for more on our first holiday with our 11 months baby daughter. The apartment was beautiful, the grounds and pool very well maintained and everyone and everything well looked after by the wonderful Filipa (mother of the owner). Many beautiful beaches, restaurants and places of interest within a 45min drive. Setting of the property is amazing, hardly any buildings around and lots of nature nearby. Only a short 200m walk is a very nice old honey farm that serves great breakfast and tasty dinners. All in all we had a fantastic week and could have easily stayed longer, beautiful holiday home!
