About this villa rental

Great house located in a prime location (Surfside area)** over 2300 sqft of living area** dock can be used (lift not available)** gulf access without bridges and locks (sailboat access)** three TV sets** electric heat pump (= heated pool)** fantastic view of national preserve and wide water canal (spreader)** wonderful sunsets** spa at dock (as always spa is not guaranteed)** the spa attached to the pool is not working** no phone (landline) in the house anymore** Gulf access – No lock and no bridge**

Had a wonderful time great being with family. The house was perfect. Although the patio area pool deck could’ve been cleaner there was black mold, growing in between all the pavers.

We had an excellent time! Everything was as described and check in/out was easy. We loved being on the nature preserve for the wildlife and sunset views. The stained glass was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better house in a prime location.

The house was clean and comfortable, the management was great. Very beautiful and relaxing place, the sunset was amazing! I would recommend this place 100%! 🌴

Exceptional. Not a thing negative to say.Can’t wait to get back. Friendly, courteous, professional and a great location to relax, fish and work if you want in between. Great local food and fresh seafood at every turn.
