The villa with 180 m2 has a private pool 8 x 4 m,(depth 0,70 - 1,70 m ) infinity sea view and an outdoor grill.
4 bedrooms - each with an en-suite bathroom, box spring beds with new linens and pillows.
The "The Red Rock" Villa is modern equipped with a kitchen, fridge and freezer compartment, a modern ceramic stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, free internet, TV & Sat with Smart TV and air conditioning in every room of the villa in a relaxed atmosphere guarantee a relaxing holiday.
Modern and stylish interiors coupled with great outdoor areas make this villa a real treat. The Red Rock villa of Rhodes villa is a combination of mountain and sea that has been designed with contemporary architecture. Combining rock stone and minimal features which allow it to blend in with nature in a beautiful way. Also remarkable are the breathtaking sea views that can be enjoyed from most rooms of the house.Ocean view from each bedroom.
The location of this beautiful home allows you to explore the beauty of Rhodes Island from the middle,distance to Rhodes town and it's world famous medieval city,UNESCO World Heritage ( 22 km ) or Lindos with its white washed stones (45 km). For Golfers among you,the natural Golf course of Afandou is only 3 km away.

3 on first floor with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower

1 outside with an outdoor shower
* Laundry washing machine and dryer- situated on first floor

I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.
The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 15 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.
Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.
In between cleaning on additional charge !

The property was amazing (loved seeing the goats every day). Our family with adult children was able to spread out and enjoy our own spaces. The pool was perfect, clean, and very refreshing. The one thing everyone noted was the beds and pillows were very comfortable.Thanks so much to Tina for her help and advice. She was very available. We had one of the a/c units break and she got the tech out to the house quickly to replace it. She provided so many ideas for our activities for the week. I would highly recommend this amazing property.

The Villa was excellent for our group of eight, each room included on-suite and had access to balcony, A/C was god sent during the night for myself and wife. Pool was well located and very clean wonderful view of cliffs to rear and ocean to the front. Goats coming down the cliffs were very impressive, Only negatives from myself was my TOMTOM and the Hire vehicle Sat Nav could not aquire adequate Satallite signals, in the surrrounding area, Google maps worked ok. There was also a mention of lack of long mirror for the girls to ensure they were looking good enough to go out.
I would recommend the villa for family and friends to stay and enjoy.

We were a group of 7 adults. The villa was beautiful and its location was great to explore the island. Tina was amazing- she gave us great tips for beaches, restaurants and more!
The view from the house in every direction was stunning.
We really enjoyed our stay!
