This exclusive holiday apartment in a promenade villa is located right in the heart of the new BeachBayin Travemünde holiday resort on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein.



Enjoy the view over the sailing harbour, the Trave estuary and the Baltic Sea. Not only from the large terrace, but also through the numerous panoramic windows, you can see the impressive Passat museum ship and the large Scandinavian ferries gliding past almost within touching distance - a unique panoramic view!



The apartment is furnished in a stylish, high-quality and modern style. A special highlight is the bathroom, your personal little wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and steam bath with integrated double rain shower. The feel-good programme continues in the living area, as the flickering flames of the bioethanol fireplace bathe the room in a particularly cosy light. The sofa can be converted into two comfortable sleeping areas in just a few simple steps.



Of course, the holiday apartment at BeachBay is also equipped with a modern entertainment system including Blu-Ray, music system and TV. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos jug and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. There are also playgrounds, a bicycle hire centre, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship for the whole family.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

    Der Kurzurlaub war OK. Leider ist das Objekt für die Preisklasse schon etwas mitgenommen. Eingangstür geht nur mit lautem Knall zu. Wände hätten etwas Farbe nötig und auch die Terrasse könnte mal gesäubert werden. Wie gesagt wir reden von einem 5 Sterne Objekt da darf man so etwas erwarten. Dennoch machte der Ausblick vieles wieder gut.

    Appartement und Anlage wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Der Baulärm durch die letzten Baufelder stört nur wenig (Bauzeit bis vsl. Ende Dezember 2019). Ein besonderes Highlight sind die großen Fähren, die in der Einfahrt direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer und Terrasse vorbeifahren. Wir sind zufrieden mit der Anlage und der Umgebung und buchen gerne wieder.

    Leider sind die umliegenden Häuser noch im Rohbau, also Baustelle, das muss man einplanen.

    Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet, sauber und durch die wohlige Wärme sehr gemütlich. Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter für eine Woche im November dort. Sie hatte vor allem großen Gefallen an der tollen Aussicht, da die großen Schiffe direkt am Fenster vorbei fahren. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super geräumig und es ist genug Platz zum Spielen da. Abends haben wir den eigenen Wellnessbereich dann richtig auskosten können. Der Strand für lange Spaziergänge ist direkt um die Ecke. Mit der Fähre ist man Ruck zuck in Travemünde direkt an der Promenade. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen.
